Who we are
Mechi Ventures LLP is a small consultancy advising enterprises and founders across technology, marketing, and management. The firm operates by introduction. We do not staff a bench, we do not run a marketing engine, and we do not publish a directory of partners. The work is the directory.
How we work
We work in confidence and at depth, alongside the leaders who carry the call. Our engagements are scoped narrowly and held to durably. We are interested in the questions that survive their own quarter — and in the small set of decisions, in any firm, that determine the next decade of the firm.
What we don't do
We do not run procurements, RFPs, or beauty contests. We do not staff long-running implementation programmes. We do not maintain logos pages, capabilities decks designed to be left behind, or relationships with referral networks. When a firm is right for us, the conversation is short.
Engagements by introduction
Most of the firms we work with reach us through a single, considered introduction from someone who has worked with us before. We hold to this not as a posture but as a filter: it has, over time, produced almost all of the engagements we are proudest of.
A note on confidentiality
Engagements published on this site are described in terms general enough that no current or former client can be identified from the description. The geography, sector, and the question are real. Everything else is a composite.
